Pros: Excellent quality; a nicely designed product; solid mount for a 32" LCD display. Customer service very helpful: identified the correct hardware packet for my TV (not listed); and promptly replaced some missing plastic spacers.
Cons: The locking feature is worthless. It's impossible to reach the locking mechanism and insert a padlock (even with tiny hands). You'll need to improvise a locking mechanism if you don't want your $700 display to "walk away" (High-school-aged thieves target your house by observing the "blue glow", then run in and out in a few seconds, late at night when you're asleep).
Travel trailer application January 14, 2008
My application for this flat panel mount was somewhat unorthodox because I was replacing the 26' big box television in our 5th wheel trailer with a 32' flat panel. After looking at several new motor homes and 5th trailers it became apparent that I need a special mount because of the traveling and road shock. The purchase of the OMNIMOUNT U-2F Universal Flat Panel Mount was the best option I had for a RV application. Be adding two fairly large springs between the top locking cam and to the bottom tubular mount this unit is virtually unmovable. Of course this was accomplished because I have back panel access from the bathroom. I'm very satisfied with the mount and the price was $35.00 less than our local supplier. Also, shipping was free and the item arrived in 7 days. I'm one very satisfied customer.

Excellent mount for flat screen. I came with many different types of screws and mounting bolts. It also contained a listing of televisions and the proper bolts for each. Also there was a reference to company website to look up televisions not listed for the proper bolts. I was very happy with the purchase as it was about $30 less than the typical mount at the big box store.
