 Awesome TV Stand December 29, 2008
I've had my TV stand for over a year now. I love it. I tinted the glass black so you don't see the equipment. Looks very sleak and stylish with new plasmas and LCD tvs
 Techcraft Veneto TV Stand December 7, 2008
I purchased the Techcraft Veneto TV stand because we have small children that I want to keep away from the TV components. We ordered the larger, 3-door model in hopes of using the Techcraft mounting bracket to mount a large flat screen TV about the credenza without having to mount it on the wall.
The unit was VERY tedious to assemble. In addition, the wood scartches and chips really easily and because the wood color is dark, the scratches and chips show a lot!
I think the unit will serve its purpose of keeping the children away from the cable box and DVD player but I am sad that it show wear so easily.
Nice item but damaged - Poor customer service December 3, 2008
The cabinet appears to be quite good quality. The top shelf and side panels were damaged on arrival, the sides I could touch up with a furniture pen but the top shelf corner is cracked and badly damaged. This item was delivered to me on 19 Nov and they still haven't sent me a replacement or managed to arrange to have the damaged one collected from me. Good item - poor customer service

Very elegant TV stand. Took about 2 hours to put it together. Depth and height are fine but the shelves on the two sides are barely wide enough for a bulky A/V receiver. With the door hinges, it was a torture to make all the connections and place the receiver inside. Otherwise very pleased with the purchase. As another reviewer said, it is not too wide for a 42" flat screen TV.
